Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscription Options
Bloomette offers flexible subscription plans designed to help you maintain consistent results without ever running out of your favorite products.
You can choose from:

Every 2 Weeks — best for committed routines and fast results

Every 1 Month — perfect for steady, long-term maintenance
Your subscription will automatically renew based on the frequency you select at checkout.
Change, Skip, or Modify
You can easily update your delivery date, change your subscription frequency, or skip a shipment anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us at trybloomete@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
To keep subscription pricing and automatic discounts active, Bloomette subscriptions require:
📌 A minimum of 2 subscription renewals before cancellation.
This means:

You may cancel anytime after your 2nd renewal has successfully processed.

Cancellations submitted before the 2nd renewal will apply after the minimum renewal requirement is met.

After meeting the minimum, you can cancel whenever you choose, with no additional fees.
How to Cancel
Once eligible (after 2 renewals), you may cancel by:

Logging into your customer portal, or

Emailing us at trybloomete@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.”
Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription charges that have already processed cannot be refunded, as your order immediately enters our fulfillment queue.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to assist — simply reach out to us.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
